NAPOLEON PERDIS WORKSHOP

This is an exclusive opportunity to attend a Napoleon Perdis event with Nicole Dennis, a Napoleon Perdis event makeup artist. (Just recently was the main Napoleon makeup artist at the Sydney Fashion Festival in May 2012). Nicole's flair and fascination for colour and texture are her driving forces in the art of makeup.

The cost of a VIP is $70 per person; which is fully redeemable on Napoleon Perdis products on the the evening.

Date: Tuesday 3rd July, 2012
Time: 6pm-9pm
Place: TARTS Cafe

Boolings are essential. A minimum deposit of $30.00 required prior to the event.

SPUNTINI” on the dinner menu:

 

 

Tarts Cafe introduces an Italian version of tapas or small plates on the menu. They are perfect for picking at over a glass of wine, sharing with friends or as an entree.

The so-called SPUNTINI menu features the delicate flavours of Italy using the fresh and best products of Western Australia.

The new tasting menu offers such tempting dishes as:

Polenta - Fried semolina pieces topped with sauteed mushrooms, garlic & white wine

Salsiccia - Roasted fennel seed sausage with a tomato & rosemary compote served with Turkish bread

Calamari - Grilled Cajun calamari served with a garden & avocado salad, a Dijon & spring onion dressing,and a side of lime mayonnaise

Carpaccio - Thinly sliced seared beef served with rocket, red onion, parmesan salad & finished with Margaret River oil.

Sizzling garlic prawns - King prawns marinated in chilli, garlic with spring onion & diced chorizo served with fresh ciabatta bread

Vagabondo board - 2 slices bruschetta, provolone cheese, grilled chorizo & warm marinated olives
